Quality

Regardless of the challenge, our goal is to always get better at what we do. That's why questions concerning quality are important to us and greatly influence our daily work – in product selection, in deliveries, in service and support. Quality is and should be a word of honor in all aspects within the business. In addition to our basic policy, our management system is quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Our quality policy means that:

  • We shall work with quality products in terms of technology, function and installation.
  • We shall deliver the ordered product, solution or service at the agreed time.
  • We shall have a high level of service in our customer relations and towards other stakeholders.
  • All employees shall maintain and demonstrate quality and good business skills in their work - both internally and externally.

The quality policy must be a benchmark and guiding tool that help us to maintain and develop the quality in everything we do in our daily work.

Sustainable business

We have been awarded a silver medal by the independent platform EcoVadis after their assessment of our company and work in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The assessment that is made includes the areas: ethics, environment, responsible business, working conditions and sustainable procurement.

The method for the assessment is based on internationally accepted principles for sustainability reporting like GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), the UN's Global Compact and ISO:26000. The assessment is also revised by independent sustainability experts. A silver medal in EcoVadi's assessment means that we are one of the top 25% of companies in the assessment.

Overall, more than 65 000 companies and organizations in over 160 countries worldwide were evaluated each year.
