That's why questions concerning quality are important to us and greatly influence our daily work – in product selection, in deliveries, in service and support. Quality is and should be a word of honor in all aspects within the business. In addition to our basic policy, our management system is quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015.


Our quality policy means that:

  • Kamic is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • We must work with quality products in terms of technology, function and installation.
  • We must deliver the ordered product, solution or service at the agreed time.
  • We must have a high level of service in our customer relations and towards other stakeholders.
  • All employees must maintain quality and good business acumen in their work - both internally and externally.
  • Our products are sold with guarantees from two up to ten years. This means that together with our suppliers we strive to create products with good quality and long durability.

The quality policy must be a benchmark and guiding tool that help us to maintain and develop the quality in everything we do in our daily work.
