Gold medal from EcoVadis for our sustainability work

We are very pleased and proud to announce that we have been awarded a Gold Medal by EcoVadis, the independent platform that evaluates companies in sustainability and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

- Receiving a Gold Medal from EcoVadis means that our company is among the absolute top tier – only five percent of the 130,000 companies and organizations evaluated globally reach this level. It is proof that our long-term work in sustainability and social responsibility meets the highest international standards, says Ulrika Billström, our Sustainability Coordinator.

EcoVadis assessments cover several key areas such as environment, ethics, business responsibility, working conditions, and sustainable procurement. The evaluation method is based on internationally recognized frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000, and all results are reviewed by independent sustainability experts.

For KAMIC, the EcoVadis distinction is not only a mark of quality – it also strengthens credibility and competitiveness in the market. More and more customers and business partners are demanding transparency and accountability in sustainability matters, and EcoVadis acts as a neutral third-party verification of our efforts. The award demonstrates that KAMIC is a reliable partner for long-term, sustainable business relationships.
